Invest in Detroit (Make it a Detroit Night!)
Next weekend suggest to your group of friends that you go down to Detroit to hang out for the night. Go grab a bite to eat at one of the many downtown restaurants, then head over to a local bar or venue to check out Detroit's AWESOME bands! Go on myspace and check for Detroit gigs, or pick up a Real Detroit or Metro-Times and see what bars/venues are featuring which artists. Its a start, and something fun to do!

There is an amazing diamond in the rough on Griswald.......Cafe D'mongo's. Its open on fridays from 6-2am. Great food and even better people. check it out
