Why are you involved in the Millennial Mayors Congress?
Natasha Lampkins is a lending assistant with Comerica Bank in Detroit, MI and a freelance writer for examiner.com. Majoring in International Commerce, she is currently pursuing her Associate’s Degree at Oakland Community College. She plans to transfer to a four year university and get her bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Foreign Service Officer for the United State of America. A recent resident of Southfield, Natasha Lampkins, purchased her first home in January of 2008. Committed to improving her community, she has volunteered with many organizations, such as THAW, Parkinson’s Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Forgotten Harvest, and the Motor City Makeover to name a few. Natasha joined the Millennial Mayors Congress because she believes that the Congress will help to transform region and bring more young talent to Southeast Michigan.
